Why this exists
After more than 20 years of one-on-one training, mostly with clients in their 50s, 60s, and 70s, I’ve watched up close what actually keeps people strong, mobile, and independent as they age. It’s not complicated: progressive resistance training, a plant-forward diet, and consistency.
The problem is that most programs ignore this audience entirely. And the ones that do exist aren’t built for plant-based people. I can only work with so many people in person, and the schedule is full. The SFY App is my answer to that problem.
